A Friend For Abicus

I'm a little tardy in posting this but Abby's new friend was born earlier this month on March 4th and her name is Evelyn Violet Wike!

Kelly and Chris welcomed their beautiful new little girl on a Friday morning at 8:43am.  She was 7lbs, 10oz and 19.5" long.

I'm so happy for them and Abby can't wait to meet her new buddy!!!

Grampy Is The Groovy One

This past Sunday we got a nice little visit from Groovy Grampy and Beatbox Barb on their way back north from their weekend beach trip.

It was nice outside so we got to hang out back on the swing and bench - so excited for nicer weather!!

I'm With The Band...

This past Saturday I got to take Miss Abigail to Erica's house in Ft. Washington!  Erica has a 3 year old (Henry) and a 1 month old (Max).  Yaya was also there who has a little boy on the way; she is due May 3rd. 

It was great to see Henry so grown from the last time I saw him and to meet Max for the first time, and also have Erica and John meet Abby.  It turns out that we were the audience for a rock band concert, starring Henry and Abby!  There were guitars, drums, keyboards, recorders, vocals, and probably some other stuff too.  Henry plays guitar and sings a song about mommy and daddy going to work and Abby chimed in playing on her Remo drum.  It was adorable.

I'll have to post a video then too!

Schedule Of A 9 Month Old

7:45am:  Wake up

8:15am: Breastfeed

8:45am:  Catch a little bit of Mickey Mouse Clubhouse / Pirate cartoon, play in exersaucer

9-10am:  Play upstairs with toys, listen to music, etc.

10:15am:  Eat oatmeal w/ fruit and some cheerios/puffs/mum-mums (breakfast)

10:45am:  Read books

11am-12:45pm:  1st nap

1:15pm:  Breastfeed (or bottle if I work that day)

1:45-3pm: Play games, read stories, exersaucer, go for walk (if it's nice out)

3:15pm:  Eat fruits/veggies/cheerios/mum-mums (lunch)

3:45pm:  Read books

4-5:45:  2nd nap

6:15pm:  Breastfeed (or bottle if I work that day)

6:30-7:30pm:  Sit with Mommy/Daddy while they eat dinner/clean

8:15pm:  Eat fruits/veggies/meats/cheerios/mum-mums (dinner)

8:45-9:15pm:  Bath (every other night)

9:30pm:  Read books (Goodnight Moon is always last), breastfeed and go to bed

Hot Diggity Dog

Abby loves the Hotdog Song from Mickey Mouse Clubhouse!  It's part of our daily activities now (and the song gets stuck in my head forever).
